Return and Exchange Policy
Customers can request an exchange/return if there is a manufacturing defect within two days of receiving the product.
Conditions for Exchange/Return:
• A tear in the abaya, to be clarified by attaching a photo.
• Size discrepancy compared to the requested size, with a photo showing the difference.
• Presence of stains on the product, to be clarified by attaching a photo.
Cases Where Requests Will Not Be Accepted:
• Expiry of the return/exchange period as specified.
• The customer is dissatisfied with the fabric type (the store is not responsible for lack of prior knowledge about the fabrics mentioned in the product details).
• Excess threads are not considered a manufacturing defect (the customer can remove them with scissors, not by pulling the thread).
• Modifications made to the abaya by the customer.
• If a defect occurs in the abaya due to misuse by the customer or if the abaya is washed in a manner that contradicts the washing instructions provided on the Instagram page.
• If it is discovered that the abaya was modified by the customer, the store reserves the right to cancel the exchange request and return the item to the customer.
Size Exchange:
• If the customer requests an inappropriate size, they can exchange it within two days only from the date of receiving the product, with additional delivery/shipping fees.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping/delivery fees, both within and outside of Berlin.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all attached tags intact and undamaged, and packaged in the original wrapping. Gifts included with the order do not need to be returned.
The exchange/return will be processed within 14 working days.
